The Saskatchewan Brain Injury Association is following the latest news and government direction related to the COVID-19 situation. We wanted to take this opportunity to update you on the latest steps we are taking to plan ahead, in order to ensure the safety of all participants.
The SBIA Brain Boogie is a province wide event that encourages community, movement & raising funds for a great cause. With that in mind, at this time our plan remains to host the 2020 Brain Boogie events across Saskatchewan. We will continue to monitor the situation closely & adapt our practices accordingly. If we are unable to walk in person together, as we usually do, we will be using our creativity to find a way to hold the Brain Boogie virtually. No matter what happens at the end of summer, we will find a way to have fun getting our Boogie on! We will, of course, keep you updated if there are any further changes. Support your local community by donating and/or participating in your local Brain Boogie! All funds stay in your community to support local programs for brain injury survivors and their families - funds also support awareness and prevention programs.
